Do I need a new card or app?

No — Wishbone works inside your existing bank app. There's nothing new to download, no new card to apply for, and no new login to manage. Your existing rewards balance is where the giving happens.

What happens to my points?

Your points are redeemed at your direction and converted to a cash donation to your school's athletic foundation. You choose how many points, you confirm the contribution, and the rest is automatic.

What do I get?

Priority points credited to your existing patron account at your school — the same system that determines seating priority, parking access, and postseason opportunities. Giving through Wishbone improves your standing just like any other gift to the foundation.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Contributions that confer seating priority benefits are subject to specific IRS rules and may not be deductible. Wishbone does not provide tax advice — consult your tax advisor, and refer to the gift receipt issued by your school's foundation.

What if my school isn't on Wishbone yet?

Join the waitlist at getwishbone.io/alumni — we'll notify you when your school launches. Schools are added on a rolling basis as we expand our launch cohort.

Who can see my banking information?

Your school never sees your card or account details. Wishbone links your bank account to your ticketing patron account using tokenized OAuth — you control what's shared, and credentials are never stored. The bank-side connection stays entirely on your bank's infrastructure.
